It all began one unforgettable Christmas with my sister Marcie and my brother-in-law Corey. We wrote a song as a heartfelt gift for the owner of a local restaurant I was consulting for — a friend known for being hard to impress. When he heard it, he lit up. That reaction changed everything.
From that moment on, I was hooked. I started writing jingles, personal tributes, and custom songs across every genre you can imagine. I wrote constantly, sometimes several songs a day. Then came the anthem for our state championship football team. The players loved it. So did I.
Next, I crafted a tribute for a legendary coach celebrating 20 years of his foundation, a man who’s made an impact on countless lives. That song hit home. Deeply. And that’s when I realized: This wasn’t a hobby anymore. It was something bigger.
Lightning Lyrics was born out of real moments, real people, and the raw, undeniable power of music. We don’t just write songs — we capture memories, honor stories, and create personalized soundtracks that people never forget.

We offer one round of minor revisions (lyric tweaks, timing adjustments, etc.) at no extra cost. Major overhauls or genre switch ups may incur a additional fees. We want to blow your mind so we're down to get it right but we have to draw the line somewhere.
You’ll receive the audio file and any additional image or video files via email. Audio files are delivered in MP3 format (WAV upon request), video files in MP4 and image files are .jpg and .png.
