Every Lightning Lyrics' song is handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, and powered by heart, soul, and creativity. Because each track is built specifically for you, our Refund Policy is designed to protect both your investment and the integrity of our work.

Due to the personalized nature of our service, all custom song orders are final and non-refundable once production has started. This includes all custom lyrics, audio production, artwork, or lyric videos.
Each purchase includes one round of light revisions, such as:
Major changes (e.g., full rewrites, genre changes, or voice re-selection) may require an additional charge.
We offer sample songs and visual previews on our blog and through our press posts to help you feel confident in your purchase before committing. What you see and hear is the energy and quality you can expect in your custom track.
If we deliver the wrong file or you encounter a technical error, we will fix or resend the correct files at no charge. Please report the issue within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a correction.
If you cancel before your song enters production, we may issue a partial refund minus a $50 processing and planning fee. Once writing or production begins, cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

All Lightning Lyrics content is delivered digitally. Once delivered, your order is considered complete and non-returnable. We are not responsible for lost downloads due to user error or deleted messages, but we’ll do our best to help recover files.
