  1. Overview

    2. Lightning Lyrics, LLC (“Lightning Lyrics,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides custom songwriting, lyrics, video production, and music-related design services for personal and commercial use. By purchasing any product or service from Lightning Lyrics, you agree to these Terms of Use.

  2. Payment Terms

    3. All projects require 100% payment upfront. No work will begin until full payment is received. Custom orders are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

  3. Ownership and Licensing

    4. Upon delivery and final payment, you own the rights to your custom song or jingle for personal or internal business use. Commercial use (ads, media, publishing, resale) requires written licensing approval and/or upgraded rights agreement. Lightning Lyrics retains the right to showcase portions of your project (audio, cover art, title) in our public portfolio, press releases, blog posts, or promotional materials, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  4. Revisions and Refunds

    5. Each custom order includes one round of minor revisions (e.g., lyric or vocal tweak). Major revisions or rewrites will incur additional fees. No refunds are offered once production begins unless Lightning Lyrics cancels the project.

  5. Delivery Format

    6. Final product is delivered as:

    • MP3/WAV files (audio)
    • JPEG/PNG (cover art)
    • Optional: Printable PDF lyric sheet

    All digital files will be delivered via email or download link. Select samples may appear publicly in blog posts, promotional reels, or press drops.

  6. Security and Compliance

    7. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways. DMARC, SPF, and DKIM standards are configured to ensure email and domain authentication. Your data will never be sold or shared without your consent.

  7. No AI Claims or Royalty Demands

    8. By ordering from Lightning Lyrics, you waive any future royalty claims or AI generation objections unless pre-negotiated in writing. This includes your use of our content in future recordings, visualizations, or remixes.

  8. Disputes and Jurisdiction

    9. All disputes will be governed under the laws of the State of Arizona. You agree to arbitration prior to any court proceeding.
